Oahu
I arrived in Oahu and went directly to the resort on the beach at Waikiki. It was midday there but 3 am in my head, so I slept for a few hours before working my way into the day. My balcony overlooked the ocean and Diamond Head, a extinct volcano. In my rental car I drove around the island, touring and photographing the coastline, exotic birds, and the locals. I stayed here only one night, but long enough to see the most beautiful sunrise.
