Savannah
Savannah is filled with the charm of the South and of days gone by. A little run down with areas of questionable safety, the town displays canopies of Spanish moss spilling onto the sidewalks and streets. This is Savannah’s most charming feature. I stayed in one of Savannah’s oldest hotels, which was filled with antiquity and southern style and faced a large park square. I traveled on to Charleston, stopping along the way in several small seaside towns.
