Cozumel, Mexico
After two days of cursing on a boat filled with screaming children, my companions and I were more than ready for an adventure off the boat. This afternoon getaway took us on a journey around the entire island of Cozumel in a rental car. We stopped frequently to savor the island beers and eat. There was not much to do there besides drinking and dipping our feet into the water. We toured a few Mayan ruins and watched the lizards sun themselves on the rocks.
